Red Hat

As a kid, I'd keep myself entertained during General Conference by crocheting long, long chains of yarn. One Christmastime, I locked myself in my room and spent the day crocheting bracelets for EVERYONE in my family. I'm pretty sure they were all thrilled.

In my maturity,
I've taken crochet to the next level. With my extra time here in Florida, Kara and I crocheted some pageboy hats during her visit. Doesn't Ivie just perfect the hat? Too bad she won't wear it. It interferes with her long flowing tresses of hair. Oh well.

I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU MADE THAT!!!! When you move out here will you show me how to do it? I may never get a girl, but there's nothing stopping me from attempting to look as cute as your daughter! :) By the way, the idea of you moving out here is absolutely THRILLING! Can't wait to touch base again soon -- I'll check up on your blog a little closer soon -- we're moving today & tomorrow so it's a little crazy. Love ya! Rachelle

I LOVE IT!! I seriously almost cried on most of the posts and actually DID on the rest...that's how much I love and miss you! I am so excited to see your family and read about their comings and goings.

I am very much looking forward to seeing more. It makes me want to update my very belated blog. (Our computer died and I am using my parents at this moment).

Your kids are ADORABLE. Naturally, I can't help but love them - because I love their mother so.
