Cute, Pink, Chubby, Soft, Divine!
One week early was a pleasant surprise after being one week late with Norah! The labor and delivery was fast and comfortable. After 2 unmedicated births and one practically unmedicated birth, I now have a new respect for what my husband does for a living! I am grateful that I was able to be more calm and aware during Jane's birth. It was a beautiful thing!

Rin! I'm glad I got that phonecall in to you the day before -- looks like you won't be at the party tonight??? We'll miss you, but enjoy kissing those chubby cheeks -- they're awesome! She sure looks like another beautiful Mortensen baby -- you get cute girls & I (in my opinion) get cute boys. Let's talk about our options in about 20 years k?? What a beautiful little girl! So happy she's here safe and healthy and that everything went so smoothly for you! (I've only been through this once, but I was an instant fan of the "Epidural Man"--a veritable hero, if you ask me!) I took a peak at Jane's pictures again, and couldn't believe that I had neglected to post a comment when I first viewed them last week. She is beautiful and we are glad she is doing well. I am looking forward to meeting her this weekend. Congratulations!
